Wrap Around Care
Breakfast Club
Our welcoming breakfast club, is open to all children from Foundation to Year 6. Sessions run from 7:30am to 8:30am and cost £XXX per pupil.
Our club offers a warm, happy and safe start to the school day. It is led by experienced school staff, all of whom already work within the school and will be familiar to the children.
Children can enjoy a range of nutritious breakfast options, including:
- Cereal and toast
- Yoghurts and fresh fruit
- A choice of hot and cold drinks
We encourage children to enjoy a healthy breakfast to set them up for a positive, focused day of learning.
After eating, children can choose from a variety of engaging activities, such as:
- Games tables
- Art and craft activities
- Outdoor physical activities
- Support with homework, reading or spelling
To use Breakfast Club, please complete a registration form, available from the school office. Once registered, you can book and pay for sessions through Arbor.
All sessions must be pre‑booked and paid in advance. If a session does not appear as available on Arbor, it is full. In this case, please do not send your child to the club, as we will not have a space for them.
Early Birds Rules
- Children must be brought to the club by an adult from 7:30am.
- Children may complete homework, play games, or take part in craft activities during the session.
- All children are expected to follow our school’s rules: Be Ready; Be Safe and Be Respectful, helping ensure that everyone enjoys a calm, positive start to the day.
Wrap Club – After School Care
Wrap Club is our after‑school provision, run by our highly trained school staff, many of whom work as teaching assistants during the school day. The club offers excellent value and high‑quality childcare from 3:15pm to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday.
We offer an exciting programme of activities throughout the week, including arts and crafts, computing, board games, puzzles, and—weather permitting—outdoor play in the playground.
During each session, children are provided with a light snack, which may include options such as sandwiches, beans on toast, cheese and crackers, fruit, vegetable sticks, and yoghurts. A range of hot and cold drinks is also available.

How to book
If you would like your child to attend Wrap Club, please collect and complete a registration form from the school office. Once registered, sessions must be booked in advance via Arbor—at least 24 hours before the session. Wrap Club is open to all age groups across the school.
If you require an emergency place and cannot book in advance, please contact the school office. If a space is available, staff will make the booking for you; however, availability cannot be guaranteed due to staffing ratios.
Cancellations, Late Collection, and Payments
- If a child is booked into Wrap Club but does not attend, and no cancellation has been made 48 hours in advance, the session will still be charged.
- If your child is collected after 6:00pm, a late fee of £10.00 for the first hour and £20.00 per hour thereafter will be applied.
- All accounts must be cleared weekly. If there is an outstanding balance, your child will not be able to attend Wrap Club until the debt has been settled.
