Household Support Grant

The Government has created a Household Support Grant (similar to the local COVID Support Grant and the Winter Grant Scheme last year). The scheme is to support free school meal children, other vulnerable households and individuals, and nursery pupil premium children. The grant covers many things and preventing children going hungry is just one element. The Household Support Grant Scheme will enable us to provide meals to children during the holiday period. Plymouth City Council would like to give eligible families a voucher to the value of £15.00 per child, to provide support with food. Plymouth City Council will allocate eVoucher codes to the school based on the numbers held at the time on the Free School Meal register and pupil premium children in Nursery. They will be emailing the eVoucher codes next week ready to distribute for half term.
