PHASED RETURNS
From 4th June, High View school is beginning a phased return of particular year groups as advised by the Government. We will be welcoming Nursery and Reception class for the first two days (4th and 5th June) and next whole week. They will be joined by Year 1 the week after (W/B 15th June), then Year 6 starting on 22nd June.
Children will be allocated to either Team A (Monday’s and Tuesdays) or Team B (Thursdays and Fridays) with Wednesdays open only to Educare children, so that a deeper clean between teams and planning for school and home support can take place. Parents will be notified about which group their child will be allocated.
Educare will continue on a five day week and operates a booking system.
Parents are advised that they will not be permitted to enter the school site, so drop off and pick up will be staggered to avoid congestion at the front entrance.
Rec/N drop off at 9.15/Collect 12.15 and 3.15 respectively.
Y1 drop off 9.00 /Collect 3.00
Y6 drop off 8.45 / Collect 2.45
Educare drop off between 8.30 and 8.45, collect 3.15.
Sibling connections can be dropped off/collected at the earliest time per sibling. e.g: N/Y6 siblings drop off 8.45, collect 2.45
We do not yet know when the other year groups will be able to reintegrate, so we will continue to support those who are learning from home.
